At the end of the contest "Acknowledgement of the soul", held in the National library of Uzbekistan, it was announced that the most beautiful recognition of the winners will be published on the library web site.
The winner of the competition reliably recognized as Bunyodbek Akbaraliev, the holder of the ID-number 30768 - YUK. Bunyodbek is the author of poetic confessions, which are devoted to the Motherland and loving person. 

From 18 to 22 February cataloging and classification service received 377 copies. new editions.       

Was made of the technical and scientific processing, and performed a bibliographic description of  127 books (classified under the following headings: policy - 38 u; thin. lit. - 13 pcs.; agriculture - 4 units.; pedagogy and culture - 18 units.; equipment - 12 units.; arts - 1 unit.; literature - 28., science - 12 units.; reference - 1 u;) 186 abstracts (policy - 47 units.; medicine - 15ed., agriculture - 11 units.; equipment - 39 units.; art - 5 units.; pedagogy and culture - 23 units.; science - 27 units.; sports - 2 units.; literature - 12 units.; linguistics - 5 units.)

The National Library of Uzbekistan till 2012 along with traditional card-catalog worked on electronic catalog. At present Division of National Bibliographic Databases Formation replenishes the AILS electronic database with materials of Uzbekistan studies. 
As of February   18-22, 2013 the electronic catalog was replenished with 18 bibliographic records of newspapers articles, 15 records of journals articles, in total 504 bibliographic records and 676 bibliographic records were edited.  

From 22 to 26 of April 7th International conference “Information and library resources for science, education, culture and business” will be held in Tashkent. National Library of Uzbekistan is the main conference organizer. 
Conference goal – encouragement of information and library institutions, educational institutions, archives, museums and other organizations to provide efficient cooperation in the development and use of electronic information resources in science, education, culture and business. 

From 11 to 15 February cataloging and classification service received 225 copies. new editions.       

Was made of the technical and scientific processing, and performed a bibliographic description of  201 books (classified under the following headings: policy - 46 u, and medicine - 3 units., pedagogy and culture - 51 units.; appliances - 13 units.; art - 17 units.; literature - 36 units., science - 21 units.; reference - 8 units., agriculture - 6 unit.), 24 CD (pedagogy and culture - 24 unit.
