The National Library continues work on the completion of electronic database of information resources and assignment of ISBN and ISSN numbers to local publications
At present Division of National Bibliographic Databases Formation replenishes the AILS electronic database with materials of Uzbekistan studies.
At present Division of National Bibliographic Databases Formation replenishes the AILS electronic database with materials of Uzbekistan studies.
As of November 18-22, 2013 the electronic catalog was replenished with 69 bibliographic records of newspapers articles, 14 records of journals articles, in total 494 bibliographic records and 190 bibliographic records were edited.
Regarding issuing of International Standard Book Number (ISBN)

The National Library continues work on the completion of electronic database of information resources and assignment of ISBN and ISSN numbers to local publications
At present Division of National Bibliographic Databases Formation replenishes the AILS electronic database with materials of Uzbekistan studies.
As of November 11-15, 2013 the electronic catalog was replenished with 68 bibliographic records of newspapers articles, 29 records of journals articles, in total 613 bibliographic records and 251 bibliographic records were edited.
Regarding issuing of International Standard Book Number (ISBN) for local publications, the National Library issued 78 ISBN numbers (books for adults 69, books for children – 9). 24 contracts for 67 titles of literature for adults and 8 for children were composed.

As of Oktober 28-1 november, 2013 the electronic catalog was replenished with 36 bibliographic records of newspapers articles, 8 records of journals articles, in total 301 bibliographic records and 249 bibliographic records were edited.

As of Oktober 21-25, 2013 the electronic catalog was replenished with 57 bibliographic records of newspapers articles, 5 records of journals articles, in total 376 bibliographic records and 253 bibliographic records were edited.
Regarding issuing of International Standard Book Number (ISBN) for local publications, the National Library issued 88 ISBN numbers (books for adults 81, books for children – 7). 16 contracts for 52 titles of literature for adults and 16 for children were composed.
